MOSCOW, 13th February 2012 - the Captains Regent have signed the Decree DEC CAR 03|13|02|12, deciding to organize at February 15th the Universal voting on the adoption of the Parliamentary Law and Amendment 4 to the Constitution of Lostisland.

As a practical matter, this gives a real start to the announced program of Democratization - if the Law and Amendment pass, the General Elections to the Parliament of Lostisland will be organized in the close future.

The question of Parliament was discussed on Lostisland for about two years, but the acception of appropriate documents was always delayed for various reasons. Now, when all necessary documents are signed, the matter is in the hands of the people. Of the Lostislandic nation.

What will the Lostislandic people choose - Democratization or stagnation? In several days we will know everything. But the conception of this choice, when the future of the nation is totally in the hands of the people, is already making Lostisland one of the most democratic nations of the world.
