Republic of Lostisland

State

As any nation, the Republic of Lostisland has a developed Governmental system, divided to three branches:

Executive power - belongs to the Captains Regent: instead of having a President (like in most republics), the Republic of Lostisland has two Captains Regent, who are equal in their power. The Captains Regent are elected by the Universal voting for 6 years. The current Captains Regent are Yaroslav Mar and Stepan Ignatiev.
Legislative power - belongs to the Parliament, which constists of three universally elected representatives. The MP's serve for one year, after which they can be re-elected for the second term. The General Elections are held each year, and the next one is supposed to be at April 2012.
Judicial power - belongs to the Supreme Court, governed by the Chief Judge. The Chief Judge is appointed by the Captains Regent. The current Chief Judge is Hon. Roman Petrov.
