Yes. The Republic of Lostisland is not charging any fees or taxes from its citizens and will never do it in the future. However, the Republic can provide some paid services, e.g. sending you the Certificate of Citizenship printed and stamped with the State Seal by ordinary mail. A fundraisers for charity similar to the Japan 2011 can be started as well and all citizens can be invited to participate. But this is only on the decision of the citizen.

No. In the close and middle perspective, our objective is to achieve real sovereignty and international recognition, as well as develope all governmental institutions - not to organize an expedition to Hunter. This will be to expensive, difficult and practically useless - the Hunter Island is not liveable, there is an active volcano on it. We are not mentioning "minor" problems such as the absence of fresh water.

However, we don't exclude this possibility in longer terms. May be once we will go to Hunter and plant our flag on it.
